Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days after the order has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- With all tags, accessories, manuals, and included items
- Not damaged, washed, worn, or altered

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

- Photos or videos showing the problem
- Photos of the packaging if the item arrived damaged
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original packaging
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items, unless defective
- Personal care or hygiene-related products, if opened
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the item, according to this policy.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
